Field Day ’25 is June 28-29, 2025. Mark your calendars.
The table below shows the items we are in need of for Field Day 2025. We are looking for these items to be loaned to the effort. The tables below will identify what is needed and and when it is needed by. Of course, the consumables on the Food/Hospitality list are probably not going to be returned unless noted. If you can help provide multiple items, please feel free to sign up for as much as you can. For items to be returned, please ensure you item is properly marked with your name and/or callsign so we can get it back to you after the event. If at all possible, please plan to pick your items up at the Field Day site after the event ends. While you are there, you can help with the tear-down and pack-up.
For consumable items such as fuel or food, you may turn in your receipts to Mark (N7YD) or Brenda (KK7STN) to request reimbursement; or you may consider donating these small amounts to the success of the event.
Clicking on any “Sign up” links will open your email compose program with the address and subject filed in. If for some reason this doesn’t work, send your message to n7yd@mgg4.com, and indicate in the subject the material or need you are going to bring. We will be emailing a reminder out a few days ahead to help you remember. You can also put your cellphone number in the body of the message if you’d prefer a text reminder.
If you have any questions about anything not covered here, please contact Mark, N7YD (n7yd@mgg4.com, 925-783-3984).

Hospitality Needs
Notes
- Attendees will be encouraged to bring their own camp chairs. In this way we may be able to limit the number of chairs required to be supplied by the FD organization.
- Attendees will also be encouraged to bring a VHF/UHF HT with them to facilitate site communications. The site is spread out this year, and it will be far easier for coordination if HTs can be used.
